I take great pleasure in graduating from Le Cordon Bleu and bringing the fine art of patisserie to my home state of Maine. Showcasing my confections from wedding cakes, breads, baked goods and chocolates. Cakes with simple butter cream and delicate flavors to fondant-covered confectionary masterpieces. At Affectionate Confections we work with you to create dessert flavors and designs that inspire and meet your exact needs. This Ellsworth bakery makes everything to order, this allows us to specialize each order as much or little as desired.
